x At Kalundborg, we produce half of the world’s insulin, and a number of biopharmaceutical products. About the department At Purification Plants (PP) in Kalundborg, we purify some of the world’s best insulins and GLP-1. Our portfolio of products covers mature compounds as well as recently launched new developments. As processes change, new technology evolves and requirements change, we aim to continuously improve to optimise quality of processes and products and maximise productivity. In PP, we produce Insulin API (active pharmaceutical ingredients) in four factories. We strive to develop efficient ways of ensuring Highest Quality to Patients. We are hiring Quality coordinators in two of our production departments. Each department consist of four-five teams with approx. 85 talented and dedicated employees. We monitor and document the quality of each process step in the production to ensure the high quality and regulatory compliance. The Position As Quality Coordinator, you are part of the department’s management team reporting directly to the department Director. In collaboration with management, you drive the quality and compliance agenda of the department. Together with a network of Quality Coordinators from other departments in the area, you drive audits and inspections, you ensure overall inspection readiness and provide training within cGMP for the organisation. Your daily tasks include sparing, training, and coaching of employees as well as leaders across the department. At Novo Nordisk, quality and LEAN is tightly linked together. You will work with highly skilled people with LEAN background. With high quality problem-solving we work to only see a problem once. You will be part of transforming our highly advanced facility into “factory of the future” by continuously optimising our processes – by removing manually and paper based working processes using new technology as robots and digitalisation. Qualifications You have an academic degree and 5+ years of relevant experience from pharmaceutical production or a pharmaceutical laboratory. You are eager to support others to carry out work in due compliance and of high quality. You are easy-going with all different types of people from operators to senior management. You are willing to go against the common perception, able to inspire and eager to improve current standards and processes. You master English as well as Danish.
