The position As Facility & Utility Supporter, your role entails executing facility and utility related projects in collaboration with the Facility WPO (Work Package Owner). You will oversee projects spanning Facility, Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health systems, as well as Black and Clean Utilities, ensuring their successful implementation and delivery, including assisting in the planning and quality control of the installations. You will closely collaborate with the facility WPO and other WPO’s in the team, engaging with contractors and their design team. Furthermore, your role involves regular interaction with various disciplines, stakeholders, and QA professionals daily. Your main activities encompass: Supporting the procurement and installation of services from external utility providers, including reviewing proposed design from the contractor and their design team Aligning various utility elements with user requirements and stakeholder expectations, including Building Management System Monitoring construction installation works, including quality of installation, sequencing and, compliance Providing input into comprehensive plans, ensuring risks are considered and mitigated Fostering effective collaboration among project teams, vendors, and consultants After successful acceptance and validation, you work with the team to ensure smooth transition of all systems into operation, including handover to the facility team from Line of Business. The scope of the role will develop over time as the project matures and there could be a possibility to transfer to line of business at the end of the project, operating the utility in the warehouse. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we imagine you: Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, such as Maskinmester (technology management and marine engineering) Possess hands on experience in managing utility installations projects or within a facility environment Demonstrate expertise in overseeing complex technical projects Exhibit an organised approach to tasks, willing to learn and thrive within a project department Display proficiency in both written and verbal English It would be considered as a strong advantage if you showcase fluency in Danish. About the department We are part of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients Expansions, who manages CapEx projects across . In New Warehouse Hub Kalundborg, we are responsible for implementing new internal warehouse capacity to meet future demand. This includes building a new raw material warehouse (greenfield) in Kalundborg. While our department operates in both Kalundborg and Hillerød, this position will primarily focus on activities based in Kalundborg. Joining our team means becoming part of a close-knit group, which in a short time will consist of 15-20 dedicated colleagues, a team who prioritise mutual care and support. As a member of the project team, you have the opportunity to assume responsibility and receive assistance for your development.
