We are currently looking for a 12 month replacement for our Assembly and Packaging Professional, who will soon go on maternity leave.
The Position
As an Assembly and Packaging Professional at , your main responsibility will be to support and optimize critical procedures on our Packaging Lines and make sure our life-saving products are released on time to our patients.
Your key responsibilities will include: In collaboration with your colleagues, support the various production lines, which i.a. involves handling deviating conditions, change-request and participating in optimization projects. Solve various tasks related to quality, including improving our procedures, training setup, handling deviations, and solving sudden problems in production. This is, for example, using LEAN tools. The goal is to deliver high quality of products on time to our patients. Your primary point of contact are operators, managers in production, logistics and QA. Your success in the job is shown by having a focus on the quality of the work you deliver, as well as the lead time for the products handled. By joining , you may expect that you eventually will become a part of on-call duty where you potentially will be needed at the production site during evening shift. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: A MSc Degree within Life Science og similar. Experience in a GMP environment is an advantage. Ability to write reports and documents with a high level of quality and attention to details. Systematic problem solving through cLEAN mindset is an advantage. Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish will be considered an advantage. Additionally, you are willing to support a production site in Kalundborg, which at times can be characterized by a very dynamic and demanding working environment. On a personal level, you are naturally curious and diligent with the ability to quickly learn about complex processes and equipment. You are responsible and strive for teamwork. You have a sharp analytical sense, which makes it easy for you to pin-point challenges and see connection between processes, materials, and equipment. Lastly, you possess excellent communication skills, and you can build relations cross-functionally and globally. About the department
The Professional position is based in IFP, Kalundborg, a dynamic and fast-paced department. You will be part of the support team in Finished Production in Kalundborg. Here we support the operation of packaging lines, optimize the processes and ensure the equipment is in a validated condition.
