As Finance Business Partner at Ramboll you will become part of Ramboll’s Water and Environment & Health Team within Business Finance. Your main responsibilities will be within the rapidly growing Environment & Health market, where you will support senior management with key findings and insights based on a data-driven analytical approach. In addition to being the Finance Business Partner to the Environment & Health senior stakeholders in Denmark, you will also have the role as Global Spearhead Controller for one global division within the market. You will join our Business Finance function Business Finance delivers business controlling, project controlling and financial project support to all Ramboll’s Markets operating in Denmark. We work in 6 Market based teams, including colleagues in Denmark as well as India. Business Finance consists of 60 employees and the majority work in our head office in Copenhagen. As our new colleague you will be part of our Water and Environment & Health team within Business Finance consisting of 10 employees. Your manager will be the Team Lead in Business Finance for Water and Environment & Health. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: Act as finance business partner to Senior Managers in your area including risk & opportunities in the project portfolio, Business KPI, & strategic initiatives Overall responsibility for ensuring correctness of project portfolio data and financials in ERP. Month closing, year-end closing and external financial audit of the project portfolio within your area. Facilitate monthly global business reviews Drive the budget and forecast processes for the market and ensure global alignment across 14 countries Give support and advise to Project Managers and senior directors on financial management issues Provide information to management to be used for commercial decisions and provide complex finance advisory Close coordination with your team mates on all business and project controlling tasks, including best practice sharing, sparring and setting priorities Engage in further development and improvement of the Danish Business Finance function From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is: A relevant master’s degree e.g. Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, Master of Economics etc. We expect you to have significant and relevant professional experience, and as a minimum 5 years experience as business controller or similar roles.
