The position You will become part of a newly established project organisation aimed at handling the increased demand from our customers, by establishing a new facility. You will also be affiliated with the Training & Development team in our People & Organisation department, where you will be able to draw on the experiences of employees and managers within your field. As Training Professional, some of your key responsibilities include to:
  • Investigate the training needs for the new factory
  • Develop and ensure that we build up a robust training system with a variety of the best training solutions
  • Be a strong contributor in the process and have a broad executing role working with line of business to establish a high-quality training set-up.
  • In this position, you will work independently and will have a project manager mindset. Structure, communication and collaboration are key factors to succeed in the role. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
  • Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Learning, Psychology, Behavioural design, or any other related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Have a previous experience working with training within a regulated environment, matching the requirements with effective training solutions.
  • Be fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • It would be considered as a plus if you have:
  • A previous experience with digital training
  • LEAN competencies.
  • As a person, you possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You know how to collaborate with different people across the organisation and engage them. You thrive in establishing new relations and driving projects structured from scratch. Last but not least, you get your motivation from being creative and searching for the best learning and training solutions.
