We are expanding the team and looking for two new colleagues. Each will be responsible for one of the following areas:
1) IT and Quality: you will support our PIO department (Projects, IT & Operational Excellence) and our Quality department (QA, RA, QC & Microanalysis Center),
2) Manufacturing department and our new Silica Facility, Please, mention in your application if you are interested in supporting the first or the second area, or if you could be interested in either of them.
You will be collaborating with managers at all levels on day-to-day challenges and being a part of identifying solutions on an operational and tactical level. You will be part of creating business results by coaching, sparring, and discussing HR, business, and organisational challenges while executing the yearly HR processes.
As a trusted advisor to a leadership team, your main focus will be to understand the business priorities and translate strategy into relevant and impactful HR actions, which includes driving:
  • Organisational development and effectiveness
  • Team development
  • Strategic workforce management
  • Change management
  • Diversity & Inclusion
  • Attraction initiatives within key functions
  • Talent management & development
  • Culture and engagement
  • Qualifications The preferred candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • Educational background within HR, Psychology or similar
  • Experience or an understanding of HR processes on a yearly basis
  • Experience in management consulting, management support or similar
  • Good business understanding and the ability to combine business needs to organisational development initiatives
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Danish

Your cultural understanding and experience as a process facilitator enable you to bridge opinions and discover solutions that meet end-user needs. You thrive in challenging environments and are willing to take on assignments beyond HR to achieve business results. Additionally, you have excellent collaboration skills and work well both independently and as a team player. No assignment is too big or too small for you to take on, and you are always focused on what matters most for the success of the organization. About the department
    As HR Business Partner, you are part of People & Organization. Head of People & Organization is part of the top management team and besides all P&O related matters, the department also covers high-quality training & development and communication. As we grow, we need to increase our P&O resources to strengthen our ability to support the organization internally, in line with our strategy at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S.
