The Position As an Associate Manager for Training in ET, you will be leading the development and implementation of new training processes and solutions together witeh your team consisting of eight employees. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Motivating, leading, and setting directions for your team members.

  • Nurturing a physiologically safe environment where everybody helps and inspires each other to succeed, grow and develop.

  • Building and maintaining strong collaborations with our stakeholders.

  • Ensuring that all activities of the team are continuously aligned with business needs and our strategy.

  • Applying a continuous improvement mindset to ensure that solutions are optimized to meet business needs.

    • In collaboration with leaders and training responsible across the site, you will be accountable for ensuring that all business areas are successfully able to work with training standards, technologies, and solutions in an aligned and compliant way. In addition, you will be responsible for different training projects, training programs, or specific training solutions required as a result of larger process changes or projects in line of business. To ensure delivery of the agreed business goals, you apply visual management and role model customer-focused behaviour. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have:
  • An academical background in Organisational Development, Human Resources, or similar.

  • Leadership experience.

  • Knowledge of training and competence development and know what it takes to drive projects and changes in a production environment.

  • A well-developed business sense and problem-solving skills.

  • Communicate fluently in English.

    • As a person you have excellent analytical abilities and thrive on solving problems systematically. You are highly organized and proactive, always striving for top-notch quality. About the Department You will be part of ET Strategy & Operational Excellence (S&OE) in Product Supply, Quality & IT. In Strategy & Operational Excellence we are responsible for cLEAN, training, QMS and Environmental, Health and Safety across ET. EHS is covered by two roles one with a primary focus on Environmental and one with a primary focus on Health and Safety. You will furthermore join the leadership team in ET S&OE and will together with your colleagues in the leadership team be responsible for developing the strategy process in ET.
