The Position As an Equipment Supporter, you will be appointed responsible for a specific equipment and must ensure the equipment is ready for production. You will be part of the equipment support team focusing on establishing a solid production foundation. Also, you will participate and present relevant area of responsibility during audit and inspections from health authorities.
The main tasks will be to:
• Manage one or more pieces of complex, automated production equipment.
• Write, update, and optimize all equipment-related documentation.
• Plan, drive, implement changes and optimizations to constantly improve the productivity.
• Be the first point-of-contact during challenges on the equipment and provide maintenance.
• Be responsible for conducting systematic problem solving.
We are looking for four ambitious, curious, and energetic equipment supporters to cover different parts of our tablet production equipment – including our roller compactor, automated lifting equipment and bulk containers, and IPC equipment.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree within engineering, natural sciences or similar, such as technology management.
• Experience with maintenance and validation, insight into GMP regulation in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
• Experience with change requests, equipment validation, deviations and requirement specifications are a plus.
• Experience with technical documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills in Danish and English. As a person, you are a trustworthy team player who can support and set direction to realize goals and deadlines; someone who is quick to acquire new knowledge and put it into action. Your systematic approach, high sense of responsibility and quality mindset help you to influence the process. About the Department Oral Finished Products (OFP) is organizationally located in Emerging Technologies (ET) and is steadily growing to support the demands of the market. We are approx. 1000 committed colleagues in OFP Production in Måløv split between two buildings and we have great ambitions for the future! Our department is responsible for the qualification, ramp-up and production of a new tablet as well as the production platform supporting several of our future products. We already have approx. 60 employees onboard and we are driven by a patient-focused purpose with an engaging and warm work environment where we welcome new competencies and personalities.
In OFP we have set ourselves the ambitious goal of being the first on the market with a tablet containing a specific based drug.
