The position We offer a new role in the team as Scrum Master in the area Manufacturing Intelligence where we develop digital solutions which will transform data into data-driven decisions that enable us to capitalise on the key opportunities within our manufacturing processes – whether it be increasing efficiency, decreasing process deviations or enable higher output quality in our production facilities. Your main responsibilities will be to:

Facilitation of Agile meetings: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective etc. Ensure that the meetings are conducted according to our Agile principles and that team members can participate effectively.

Coaching the team on Agile principles and practices and help us adopt a continuous improvement mindset

Remove impediments that may be preventing the team from delivering high-quality digital products

Work with the Product Managers/Owners to prioritize the Product Backlog and ensure that the team can deliver the most valuable features.

Qualifications and skills To succeed in this role, you:

Have a relevant bachelor or master’s degree

Hands-on experience in facilitating agile teams, preferable from a Scrum Master role

Well-versed with Scrum and DevOps practices and able to adapt your approach to the specific context and people

Empower people to change and understand how to help the team build a productive environment by removing impediments and facilitating internal communication and collaboration

You have experience in collaborating with many stakeholders on various organisational levels.

You are recognised for an excellent quality mindset. Your personal qualities define you as a self-starter and a great collaborator always having a positive attitude.

You are not afraid of being challenged by peers and stakeholders and you can integrate different viewpoints in the decision-making process and stand firm whenever needed.

Above all, you are proactive, have a strong drive and a desire to create real impact for the business. About the department The position is anchored in Manufacturing Tech & Innovation (MT&I) in the area Manufacturing Development & QC, whose key mission is to redefine our manufacturing approach by creating a fully data driven and continuous process for oral tablet formulation and optimise the manufacturing production and analysis from end to end. We aim to create a new paradigm that will alter the approach to drug development by redesigning and digitalising the processes. The team consist of approx. 22 highly skilled colleagues with different scientific backgrounds ranging from Product Managers, Product Owners, Data scientist/Engineers, Front-end developers and UI/UX designers. With the rapid advancement within data and analytics, we are expanding our team and bringing in new competences and skills. Our ambition is to be the frontier, use the latest techniques and software to draw greater insights and future predictions from the data and thus making a significant impact on how we manage the future manufacturing operation.
