You will be part of the analytical development laboratory for CMC Oral Product Development at Novo Nordisk A/S. Together with our equipment team, consisting of an Equipment Responsible and two Equipment Technicians, you will: Work closely with key stakeholders, mainly laboratory technicians and other scientists within the department, as well as stakeholders in other areas of Novo Nordisk Ensure the current and future equipment related to automated processes is handled and implemented correctly, that maintenance plans are created and followed You will furthermore be part of the UPLC/HPLC maintenance and problem solving You will also provide support and troubleshooting in collaboration with the technicians in connection to equipment challenges and will have the chance to continuously improve our way of working with equipment and automation. Qualifications
We are looking for someone experienced (or still early in your career!) in equipment maintenance in a GMP environment, with a systematic approach and a strong quality mindset. To be successful in the role, you: Have some experience with automation and equipment maintenance, preferably analytical laboratory equipment such as UPLC/HPLC Have curiosity towards improving our labs and securing up-to-date way of working with maintenance, data and system-methods through continuous improvements Have the right mindset, and preferably experience, to navigate the interface between GMP and non-GMP tasks. You will be part of the analytical development laboratory for CMC Oral Product Development at Novo Nordisk A/S. The department is responsible for both development and validation of UPLC/HPLC analytical methods and QC release of oral products for preclinical and clinical trials.
