The position As a Department Lean Partner at Novo Nordisk ET, you will play a key role in developing and improving the LEAN culture within our organization. Reporting to an associate manager and being part of the department leadership team, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Coaching of leaders in performance board meetings.
  • Facilitate problem solving activities in the department.
  • Drive improvement projects.
  • Implementation and improvement of lean systems or tools to solve business challenges.
  • Facilitate process mapping activities (e.g. Value stream mapping).
  • Moreover, you will be a part of a lean network across the business unit and will be involved in cross organisational lean projects. Your lean colleagues will consist of Departments LEAN partners from other departments, and a centralised LEAN team with Lean partners and Specialists supporting across the business unit.
    Qualifications
    To be successful in this role, you have:
  • A solid LEAN toolbox and proven track records of results within a manufacturing environment – preferably in a highly regulated environment.
  • Excellent change management and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience in improving visual management and driving data driven decision making.
  • A relevant academic degree and are fluent in English, with the ability to communicate orally in Danish.
  • As an individual, you are positive, corporative and solution orientated. You work systematically, logically, and proactively, and can effectively interact and communicate at all levels of the organization. You take pride in solving tasks and challenges, involving key stakeholders closely in the process. On a personal level, you are a team player, but also comfortable working independently when coaching and challenging leaders or collecting data in the production. You have experience with implementing optimization projects and naturally involve and motivate your customers to achieve business targets. About the department
    The department is part of Emerging Technologies Oral Product Development. We are involved in production of tablets for clinical phase III, as well as preparation of production processes for many exciting new products. Preparing for new products for clinical phase III is a significant part of our responsibility and will become more important in our daily work.
