We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented H&S Partner to join our team in the QMS, Training & EHS department at Novo Nordisk. The position As an H&S Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will:
  • Develop and implement initiatives, recommendations, and corrective actions in partnership with Line of Business leaders and the H&S organization
  • Provide guidance, support, and work as a strategic partner to OpDev within H&S governance, including maintaining H&S policies and the H&S management system
  • Support Line of Business on programs to ensure workplace conditions comply with Novo Nordisk and legal requirements
  • Facilitate internal H&S compliance audits in certified areas
  • Ensure high-quality data for reporting purposes
  • Provide guidance and support in areas such as accident investigations, risk assessment, chemical and biological safety, process safety, fire safety, emergency response planning, mental well-being, total employee health and well-being, workplace ergonomics, and physical well-being
    • Qualifications To be our new H&S Partner, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
  • Relevant education within Health and Safety on B.Sc. or M.Sc. level
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Solid analytical skills and practical experience in analyzing complex business issues
  • Certification and solid understanding of ISO45001 and ISO9001
  • Experience with change management processes and communication in large and complex organizations
  • Extensive experience in managing safety at construction sites and holds certificates to perform the task of 'Sikkerhedsleder'
  • Basic knowledge of and work in accordance with GMP
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both Danish and English
