By joining our dedicated Operational Planning department, you will be a key player in securing life treating medicine to patients around the world. The position
As our new Supply Chain Analyst you will be overall responsible for ensuring operational supply chain data. This includes: Short term reporting on volumes Short term oversight and associated risks. Your expertise in generating recommendations and outlining the impact will be crucial to your success. Translate and visualise S&OP numbers to operational numbers and the other way around. Generating scenarios and simulations. Create and maintain operational dashboards. Create and update short term planning Product Supply KPIs and Operational Planning KPIs Facilitate and participate in high level analysis for the production sites. Gather data and report to various stakeholders. The position is a newly created role, and you will be able to contribute in shaping the role. It is expected that you can work independently and are highly skilled at stakeholder management, as you will be working with stakeholders from several different teams within the department, logistic areas and management at the production sites.
Qualifications
We expect you to have more than 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably within life science, that is supplemented with: Solid business understanding mixed with hands-on experience with operational planning A sharp eye for details, a strong analytical mindset Excellent data presentation skills The candidate we are looking for is good at communicating on different organisational levels, can take initiative and be proactive, have no problems with working independently and is excellent at translating complex situations. You have the ability to quickly change gears from being deep in analysing data to taking fast decisions to looking for elements of the supply chain to optimise. Lastly, as the Operational Planning department is an international team with a global footprint you must be able to speak and write English fluently.

The Operational Planning department is anchored in Supply Chain Planning & Logistics and is overall responsible for the Sales & Operation execution, BRD Planning, analytics and many initiatives and projects.
