Local Division Manager Marine & Ports Denmark

Do you know the marine industry well enough to spearhead a growing and highly successful team that delivers a complete package of electrical and digital solutions to major marine companies like Maersk in Denmark? You will have the P&L responsibility and be the team's primary face towards the customers. When joining , you will be part of an industry world leader and a company that for many years has been at the forefront of new electric technology. We set the standards for others to follow, meaning you will have the best opportunities for your further development. Your focus will be service and spare parts. You will be based at our brand-new domicile in Middelfart and head a team of approx. 16 good colleagues. The spirit is high as a mirror of the team’s great success during the past years.
Your responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop your team.
- Ensure good overall planning and resource allocation.
- Ensure solid economical overview and profitability with additional reporting.
- Drive sales.
- Establish and develop good relations to key stakeholders within the customers’ organizations.
- Nurture cross-organizational collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Your background
- A technical education backed by commercial experience.
- Solid experience in the marine industry.
- Several years of managerial experience with P&L responsibility – from strategy to action.
- Sales experience.
- Motivation for working in an international matrix organization with many contacts.
- Good English and Danish skills.
