The position In this position, you will be part of the Supply Chain and Operational Readiness department. You will take part in building the foundation for future operations, supporting the ambitious targets of standardization, 0 paper and full IT integration. Your role will be to drive tech innovation within our organization by unveiling new digital opportunities for our manufacturing setup. Your responsibility Driving the operational digital ambition, by unveiling new digital opportunities. Collaborate within a global stakeholder network of leaders, specialists and digital partners. Facilitate workshops and demos to drive knowledge-sharing and innovation. Build and roll-out of smart digital solutions with continuous support throughout the implementation phase. Support the prioritization of new digital projects from a business perspective. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree of science in engineering, innovation, business IT or relevant field of technology studies. 5+ years of experience in designing /building digital solutions, experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or manufacturing is highly appreciated. Familiar with design thinking facilitation and can autonomously drive innovation workshops (hackathons). Familiar with cutting edge technologies such as AI, Machine learning, etc, and can challenge technical solutions. Proficient in English both written and spoken. About the department
You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 57,000 employees.
Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across Product Supply (PS) to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the facilities of the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of 20 years from now.
