We are elevating our marketing to new heights by establishing full-funnel reporting on a global scale, and we are looking for a new teammate to own and drive the process.

Joining our Digital and Acquisition, your key responsibilities will include establishing, maintaining, and developing a one-source-truth for KOMPANs marketing performance.

Further, you will:

  • Implement and configure Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Power BI for accurate data tracking and reporting.
  • Analyse data using GA4, Power BI, and other analytics tools to identify trends, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of tracking implementations, configurations, and integration processes, all in close collaboration with KOMPAN IT.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in analytics and integrations.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts and data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

You will collaborate with team members, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. You will also work closely with the marketing team to ensure proper performance, tracking and attribution of advertising campaigns. We work with Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Are you an analytical communicator with a technical background?


You have a solid technical background and proficiency in working with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google/Bing Ads, and Power BI and data structuring in general. You possess a great understanding of these tools and are eager to incorporate new tools into your toolbox.

You are familiar with the Google Ads platform and are experienced in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns. You have knowledge of Google Adspaid traffic conversion tracking, remarketing, and related features.

Analytical skills are a must. You possess a natural flair for interpreting data, finding trends, and communicating these as it will be part of your everyday work.

Moreover, you possess:

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and knows how to adapt to new teams and systems as you will be working with integrations across the entire business
  • Great attention to detail with accurate implementation, configuration, and scaling as the outcome.
  • A continuous learning-mindset as many things change daily. Following the latest trends, possibilities, and developments is essential.
  • Why does this not work? You also possess solid troubleshooting and debugging skills and continually seeks to find the root cause.
  • Knowledge about and experience in CRM systems, CMS and email marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Autonomous and self-propelled with excellent project management skills - experience with agile teams is also a plus.
