The Position Reporting to the Senior Director for IT in International Operations you will as Product Owner be accountable for realising the vision and strategy for the HCP Customer Engagement ecosystem across Novo Nordisk International Operations to enable business. You will be responsible for building and leading the commercial technology platform across International Operations in close collaboration with regions, business units, affiliates and global functions and not at least the Customer Engagement Agile Release Train (ART) in the Global Business Centre (GBS) in Bangalore. More in detail you will be responsible for: Contributing to the HCP Ecosystem vision and roadmap, connecting and working in partnerships with stakeholders across International Operations and translating market trends to ecosystem requirements Understanding the commercial business needs and processes and translate to eco system requirements Collaborating closely with and managing vendors Continuously exploring and defining new HCP customer journeys to be enabled by the ecosystem Being a change ambassador within commercial data, digital and data in Novo Nordisk Coaching stakeholders and specialists in new (agile) ways of working Support Agile Release train in Global Business Centre in delivering value to business Inspiring others within sales and marketing digital, data and IT whilst maintain a professional interaction with external vendors Qualifications The ideal candidate has proven track record of working with agile development in a commercial setting. Three or more years of experience in translating business requirements into solutions (as a Product Owner) is also essential for the role as well as the ability to build trusted relationships and navigate complex tasks. Moreover, You hold a master’s degree in computer science, (digital) customer engagement, innovation, business development or related field or equivalent work experience You have a minimum of 5 years of technology, Product Owner or customer engagement experience ideally from life sciences / pharma would be an advantage You are able to communicate effectively in English About the Department International Operations Strategic Operations (IO-SO) is the head office of IO, located in Zurich Switzerland. The team, IO-SO Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT), work in close collaboration with the regions and HQ in Copenhagen and is located in both Zürich and the IO-SO Hub in Copenhagen.
