Would you like to contribute to the Femern project, which is Northern Europe’s biggest construction project resulting in the longest immersed tunnel in the world?
We are growing, and we are currently looking for an Timekeeper to join our top qualified and knowledgeable team in Rødbyhavn.

Your skills and competences are the key to our success. To succeed in this position, you are a person who can communicate easily, and build trust with your stakeholders. You are able to navigate across different cultures.
Your qualifications:
As a person you are a team-player with a high level of integrity and able to establish professional and trust-relationships with colleagues in all levels of the organisation. You have a good eye for details but can also look at things from a helicopter viewpoint. You have a high energy level, and you work along multiple tracks at the same time.
You live within an acceptable travelling distance from Rødbyhavn or are willing to move there.

Conditions of employment:
This is a full-time position with start as soon as possible.
You will be covered by the Salaried Employee Act and HK collective agreement. We also offer an optional Health Insurance and Lunch Arrangement.

- Controlling of works schedule.
- Registration of long-term sick leave.
- Registration of holidays.
- Welcoming newcomers on the site.
- Support Team Leaders and Foreman
- Ad hoc responsibilities regarding system registration.
Your skills:
Your skills and competences are the key to our success. To succeed in this position, you are a person who can communicate easily, and build trust with your stakeholders. You are able to navigate across different cultures.
Your qualifications:
- Min. 3 years of experience in an administrative work with e.g. costumer contact in a dynamic and international organisation – but your experience is not essential.
- Comfortable using data, MS Office.
- Familiar with Danish working model incl. collective labour agreements.
- Structured and able to prioritize the many incoming demands.
- Command of English written and spoken is a must, knowledge of the Danish or Polish language will be a benefit.
