Are you our new Customer Health Manager?

At Webshipper we are expanding immensely and are therefore looking for a new member to join us as Customer Health Manager.

Your role as Customer Health Manager

You will be responsible for the direct leadership of the Onboarding and Customer Success team. Your responsibilities include day-to-day planning of workloads, as well as monthly and yearly planning based on known peak periods for the onboarding period. Equally, you are responsible for ensuring that Customer Success is capable of continuously putting forward initiatives to drive customer health. You are responsible for ensuring continuous development of your team to match both individual potentials, Webshipper’s needs, and to meet the changing requirements of the industry.

Your profile

As our new Customer Health Manager it is crucial, that you are driven by a strong wish to put the customers needs in focus. First and foremost it is important, that you are able to:

  • Create a customer centric environment for implementation process (Onboarding) and Customer lifetime value (Customer Success) can excel.
  • Lead the pack and ensure a positive vibe in internal and customer related communication.
  • Ensure that, there is a culture of customer engagement that allows for continuous improvement in the customer operations.
  • Make sure that the customer is replied to through the right channels within a reasonable timeframe.

As Customer Health Manager you will lead and be operating within two teams:

  • Onboarding, where you…:
    • Ensure that there is a complete overview of the portfolio of customers currently in the onboarding phase.
    • Ensure that all team members are providing the customers in the onboarding phase with a clear overview of what needs to be set up and what remains to complete the onboarding.
    • Ensure that customer communication regarding the transition from sales to support is clearly aligned to create the best customer experience.


  • Customer Success, where you…:

    • Consistently track the customer health development of the customer base and do root cause analysis to evaluate possible areas of improvement.
    • Ensure that clear action plans are put forward to mitigate customer churn and increase customer upgrades.
    • Ensure that critical customers are managed accordingly with customer roadmaps, QBRs and SLA reviews.


Besides having a strong urge to prioritize the customers needs you have growth as a part of your DNA and strive to:

  • Effectively implement and execute strategic and related processes with the purpose of enhancing the customer experience.
  • Track KPI´s & Progress for departments and employees
  • If not on track - Report to direct manager in order to develop and execute a plan of action
  • Ensure effective everyday problem solving and collaboration through clear communication both internally across teams and department levels.


Within the Webshipper organization you are furthermore responsible for:

  • Preparing and organizing departments and teams so that they can handle peak times.
