About the graduate program
In our graduate program, we offer you an acceleration opportunity to become one of the forerunners within our industry while supporting our ambition to ensure clean water and energy to a maximum number of people. We are on an exciting growth journey globally and through this program you will have the opportunity to make your mark and shape our future business.
This dedicated program has a duration of two years and through four tailored rotations you will gain unique cross functional insights, working with value adding projects in a global setting, where your voice and expertise is acknowledged. Furthermore, we support your personal and professional development through courses, mentoring, coaching sessions, and continuous feedback all with the intent to provide you with the expertise for a key position at the end of the program.
Become our Finance Graduate
In the role as our Finance Graduate you will gain an exclusive and in-depth understanding of how we conduct finance on a global scale. Your rotations will be centered around the entire finance and business Intelligence value chain by being involved in various strategical projects. In the end we expect that you will have gained insights around central financial disciplines and can act as a Value sparring Partner for the organization, being able to support data driven decision making and bridge finance with business for a more profitable operation.
You will start the program in our Business Intelligence team, where you will gain the first insights of how to enable the business for strategic and operational decision making based on data using data tools like PowerBI.

Personality matters
We are looking for a motivated Finance Graduate who is ready to make your impact to our business. You have recently completed or are close to completing your master’s degree within Economics (cand.oecon), Business Economics (cand.merc.) or similar. You have achieved extraordinary results from academic or extracurricular activities such as internships or case competitions. Experience with managing data for decision making is definitely an advantage.
As a person, you take initiative and are open-minded, which makes you able to combine your insights and bridge these into specific recommendations to the business. You have a commercial mindset which gives you the foundation for data driven decision making and challenge the status quo. Your excellent communication skills enable you to build and maintain relations in your daily interactions and act as a trusted sparring partner. Furthermore, you thrive in a dynamic growth-oriented organization where no two days are alike and get energy from delivering results of high quality.
You are fluent in English, both written and oral.
