With direct reference to our Head of Global System Operation you will become part of a team of 16 highly skilled colleagues who operate, monitor, and develop the largest metering systems in the Nordics. In this setting telecommunications plays a crucial role, and you will be given the responsibility of engaging in collaboration with other departments to ensure optimal operational readiness and creation of sustainable solutions, as we continue to deliver global connectivity through the 2nd iteration of our Kamstrup Connect Project.
A job with focus on shaping our telecom management solutions
As the newly appointed Telecom Operations Specialist, your primary focus will be on overseeing SIM management activities, making you the go-to person in this domain. Your role encompasses responsibilities throughout the entire SIM lifecycle, involving management, integration, and troubleshooting. Beyond that, you will play a crucial part in leveraging your expertise to enhance workflows, streamline processes, and optimize solutions. Your involvement will also extend to ensuring the implementation of automation wherever it is applicable. Notably, you will have a substantial influence in shaping our approach to connectivity, as you will play a vital role in the Kamstrup Connect Service project.
More specific, your tasks will be:
Personality matters
We imagine that you have a background within the telecom industry, or another industry which is highly dependent on cellular communication, in positions such as Product Owner, M2M/IOT/Mobility Technician, or as a Mobility Solution Architect. This experience has deep knowledge of operational management of SIM’s, as well as insight to a range of cellular technologies such as 2G, 4G, and NB-IoT, which allows you to implement and adapt future technologies to our products.
As a person, you are driven by the technical solutions and possibilities, and naturally explore new ways to utilize these. Others benefit from your technical passion as you easily engage with others and explain complex technicalities and can transfer it into a commercial setting. You possess great problem solving and analytical skills and feel energized when facing a complex task. This makes you a valuable sparring partner when working with different departments of the organization.
This position requires you to be fluent both in written and spoken Danish and English.

- To mature Kamstrup Connect Service focusing on automation, integration, and implementation of a Connectivity Management Platform (CMP) tooling

- To participate in projects across various departments to ensure continued innovation and development
