Demant is a growing, world-leading hearing health care corporation that offers solutions in the fields of hearing devices and diagnostic instruments, as well as intelligent audio and video equipment. Demant is dedicated and highly engaged in developing innovative technologies and know-how, in turn making life-changing differences for people having a hearing impairment.
Demant’s Intellectual Properties team is a group of 17 colleagues. Our everyday work includes a variety of tasks such as interfacing with our R&D department. Our work is important for ensuring that Demant’s product development is patented and safe.
Being part of this team, we believe that the best results come from a fruitful team effort. We support each other and constantly share feedback and knowledge to improve our results. We have an informal and creative atmosphere where respect is pivotal and where we strive for the common goal.
Your contribution:
Your role in the team will primarily be "a helping hand". Your tasks will be to take over and support on actions that need daily attention, and in ad hoc situations where "action is needed”.
The tasks include:
• Updating data in our Patent and Trademark Management System
• Updating our case files in electronic archives
• Ad hoc tasks to support the team.
Your background and personal competencies:
It is not important to us which study program you are enrolled in, as long as you have the spirit and skills to contribute to the team. We are looking for someone who is:
• A team player with great attention to details and a structured way of working
• Able to work independently and responsibly and who is willing to speak up and ask questions
• Positive and open minded, and feels comfortable working in a busy and informal environment
Our everyday working language is English, and you will need to be able to communicate in English in both speaking and writing.
You will be employed on flexible terms that are consistent with your study program. We will expect you to work 15 hours per week, preferably with 2 fixed days.
