The role and the most important tasks
Terma A/S is a high-tech and innovative company that delivers advanced technical solutions for ensuring safety on land, at sea and in the air. Technology and product development is anchored in our Technology & Innovation organization bringing solutions to the market across our different business areas.
Our markets are among others characterized with a high level of requirements rooted in international and national standards and legislation.
Your primary task will be to scout and evaluate these requirements, implement them through our engineering processes, development tools and data structures and deploy them through a close collaboration with stakeholders across the entire organization.

As our new Senior Specialist, you will work across the entire organization mostly on designing and implementing processes and methods, but you will also support our development projects directly as the subject matter expert. You will be a core resource and architect in our journey from being a document-based company to become a model-based enterprise.

Bear in mind that candidates for this position must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have stayed within NATO/EU for the last 7 years only interrupted by short stays abroad.

- Ensure that relevant standards and legislations are identified, evaluated, integrated and deployed in Terma.
- Support product certification and safety insurance in our solutions
- Ensure that our engineering processes are maintained, efficient and effective, and support model-based definitions
- Define product data structures and governance

- Relevant theoretical education in technical or information science
- Systems Engineering understanding
- Experience from development and certification of compelx safety critical systems
- Experience from international standardization work
- Experience from working with Model Based Engineering
