The position You will use your programming and analytical skills and understanding of data to develop concrete solutions to enable Novo Nordisk to meet external requirements of data submissions in the future. It is a role with a high degree of influence, and where you will participate in setting the benchmarks on large scale projects. In this position your responsibilities will be : Working on a larger scale data project together with a team of Subject Matter Experts, to secure ISO IDMP implementation in Novo Nordisk Engaging with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk (Research, Development, Product Supply and IT) and communicating at all levels to ensure a fit for purpose data model and governance Collaborating closely with the data professionals in RA to secure correct maintenance of master data and resolution of data challenges This role offers an opportunity for you to continue your individual development and connect your knowledge and skills in benefit of the patients. You will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and work closely together with colleagues across our +80 offices around the world. Qualifications We would like if you could tick of some of these boxes: You hold a completed Master’s degree in a field of modelling like Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Economics, Computer Science, Social Sciences or similar You have 3-5 years of experience with data science or equivalent from the pharmaceutical industry Cross value chain business and high level of data understanding are among your strengths as well as stakeholder management You are experienced in Python and implementation of machine learning models If you are familiar with Vault RIM and regulatory data in a regulated setting, it will be a clear advantage As our corporate language is English, we expect you to be fluent both in writing and spoken. On a personal level, you have a strong analytical mindset with a high level of drive and result-orientation while being a team player. You are curious and innovative by nature and like to be challenged. It is essential that you can use your good interpersonal and communication skills to achieve results together with others. About the department In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to be part of a strategically crucial business transformation across multiple processes and geographies and take active part in shaping the way RA will work in the future.
