The Position For this position we are open for you to be office based in either Istanbul, Warsaw or Copenhagen. In this role you will be at the forefront of Novo Nordisk’s commercial excellence and digital business transformation, taking the responsibility for Legal, Ethics & Compliance (LEC) advice in IO in the core area of Frontline excellence. As part of the IO Digital, Frontline and Patient Innovation LEC department, you will drive implementation of key IO Frontline projects from a legal, ethics & compliance perspective as well as support the Senior Director IO Digital, Frontline and Patient Innovation LEC, in various matters. Your other responsibilities would include: Driving Frontline excellence initiatives and ensure impactful and timely solutions in IO Driving development of the Legal and Compliance support for Frontline solutions, including awareness, advice, training and guidance to multiple departments across IO-SO (Strategic Operations) units as well as IO markets Negotiating with third parties and other stakeholders Coaching to colleagues in specialized fields of expertise Qualifications The ideal candidate is an expert in Legal, Ethics & Compliance matters, able to support Frontline solutions; a Business Partner for IOSO stakeholders and 150 IO LC colleagues on Frontline solutions. Moreover, you meet the following requirements: At least 6 years of relevant experience within a regulated business environment. Pharma experience is preferable Top legal, ethics and compliance experience in implementing frontline/customer excellence solutions, especially digital Experience in global digital projects and business transformation, preferably customer-centric, as well as project management experience are a plus Experience in working in multiple jurisdictions, international, culturally diverse environments as well as working with external vendors and on cross-functional teams Understanding of industry-specific trends Ownership mindset and team player attitude About the Department The IO Digital, Frontline and Patient Innovation LEC department is part of IO’s Legal Ethics, Compliance and Business Development organization. It covers Legal Ethics and Compliance matters related to Novo Nordisk International Operations’ digital transformation and customer excellence. This includes LEC support to the Digital Transformation Steering Group, IO Future Frontline Customer Excellence Steering group, and threated initiatives involving among others data driven solutions, digital support of the patient journey, digital health, frontline solutions, multi- and omnichannel customer engagement and use of social media.
