The position Novo Nordisk develops digital solutions for people living with Diabetes and other chronic diseases. We are searching for a Senior Digital Health Quality Advisor with a strong background in software that can support Novo Nordisk in this journey. Your passion for digitalization and innovation will be important for driving Novo Nordisk's ongoing efforts on providing Digital Health solutions that can improve the health of millions of people worldwide. As Senior Digital Health Quality Advisor, you will lead the process group responsible for improving our global Health Software processes and establish a thriving network of employees who are dedicated to bringing our Digital Health solutions to life. You will also be responsible for staying on top of the quickly evolving regulation landscape and ensure that our Digital Health solutions comply with regulations and standards throughout their lifecycle. This includes both software products owned by Novo Nordisk and those delivered as a service from suppliers. As the Senior Digital Health Quality Advisor, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including: Providing expert support and advice to the organization throughout the development and operation of Digital Health products Participate in audits and inspections. Collaborating, training, communicating, and sharing knowledge with colleagues across Novo Nordisk Participating in cross-organisational projects working in an agile environment Continuously improving the global Health Software process to enhance our digital products quality, safety, and effectiveness. The position may require up to 10 days of travel per year to support Novo Nordisk's global operations. Qualifications A Master's degree within relevant field, such as health, technology and natural sciences Ideally 5-7 years of experience in IT/software engineering, process management and/or quality assurance Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Familiarity with maintaining a Quality Management System Experience with an innovation agenda and have a ‘can do’ mind-set. Ability to set direction, to suggest compliant solutions supporting business needs. Fluency in English (oral and written) is a prerequisite.
