Global Media Relations LeadDo you want to play a key role in developing external communication about [xxxxx] in a global department? Are you a communication expert, who can advise and support our leaders, drive strategic and operational content, and help us continually improve communication?If your answer is yes, apply today as you can join our team as Global Media Relations Lead.The positionThe position will focus on Danish media and interact with specialists, managers, and top management within [xxxxx], including members of Executive Management. This position will also engage with various functions within [xxxxx] like the Danish Affiliate and the [xxxxx]'s global production network in Denmark. Key external relationships include Danish journalists and agencies.Your main task will include:
  • Handling of incoming media enquiries from Danish media
  • Advising [xxxxx] spokespeople on communication strategy, key messages and delivery in connection with media appearances
  • Coordination of product supply, sustainability and pipeline communication
  • Media training of [xxxxx] spokespeople and facilitate interviews and other media events
  • Driving communications projects in close collaboration with other departments
    • Qualifications
  • Journalist and/or a relevant university degree, e.g. communication
  • Extensive working experience either as a journalist or from a communication job in an agency, company, or organisation
  • Public relations, media relations or strategic communication. As well as experience with or within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Spoken and oral fluency in Danish. Written and oral fluency in English is an advantage
