The Position We're seeking a Process Supporter to join our dedicated team of 11 supporters. This role is tailored to fit your level of experience, whether you are a seasoned senior or someone with a few years under your belt. You'll enjoy the camaraderie of a close-knit environment within a dynamic and fast-paced setting, where high-quality production and patient safety are paramount. As part of your role, you will: Provide support for daily production of assembly and packaging.
Tackle deviation handling, change request cases, and systematic problem-solving.
Engage in optimizing projects of various kinds.
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary colleagues to maintain our high standards.
Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: A Master’s degree in natural sciences, engineering or similar.
Experience in GMP production.
A LEAN mindset and experience with systematic problem-solving.
Skills in handling and compiling deviations and editing QMS documents.
Full proficiency in oral and written English and Danish.
