The position As our new Job Function Coordinator you will be a key player in ensuring stability and quality in our training administration processes and tools. Your primary role will be:
  • Delivering professional support to line of business within training administration and be the local expert in our training administration tool.
  • Identify and implement optimization and standardization opportunities in our Training set-up in the department.
  • Standardized and bundled training content at the highest possible level in the organisation.
  • You will be working on these tasks in close collaboration with e.g., Managers, Process Responsible or Training Supporters in our department. Qualifications We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
  • Have experience with training administration from a similar position
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within GMP and the pharmaceutical industry
  • Know the GMP requirements for the content control and training process.
  • Have flair for and natural interest for IT systems.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written. It is an advantage if you are fluent in Danish both oral and written, however it’s not a requirement.
  • As a person you show a natural interest and understanding of the training administration process, and ensuring training is made available for our end-users. You have a pragmatic and curious approach with the ability to make independent decisions, while always keep an eye on great collaboration, team work and clear communication. You thrive with an innovative, productive, systematic, data driven and service-minded approach to your task, and actively contribute to the positive and high-quality culture in our team. About the department The team is responsible for designing and implementing training and onboarding for approx. 1000 employees in our Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD) Aseptic Production (AP) area located in Gentofte. You will be joining a team of 10 colleagues. As a team we prioritise time for sparring and knowledge sharing and are always willing to give each other a helping hand if needed.
