About the role
We are looking for a leader who values feedback and empowerment to join our team of more than 70 talented employees across Denmark and India. As a team, we are working on building state-of-the-art pharma manufacturing data collection platforms with real-time data-pipelines and helping our customers gain value from their manufacturing data. As a Director for Manufacturing Intelligence, you’ll:
- Guide and set direction for the Manufacturing Intelligence area across Virum and Kalundborg, in close collaboration with a strong management team consisting of three Line managers, a Management Consultant and a management support function in DK
- Collaborate closely with our Indian colleagues in Bengaluru, India, with dotted lines to the management team consisting of a Director and a Line manager ensuring we continue our One organization setup
- Be overall responsible for a diverse department of more than 70 highly skilled IT engineers located in Denmark and India
- Be the Manufacturing Intelligence stakeholder in the Automation & IT CVP area leadership team consisting of a Corporate Vice President and five fellow Directors
- Translate the overall NNE strategy into relatable goals for Manufacturing Intelligence and drive performance and department growth
- Work with Customers, Managers and Project Managers to assure project alignment of resources and competences

- Possess significant stakeholder management and communication skills, honed for both internal use and with customers
- Can create structure and prioritize to handle multiple tasks simultaneous
- Understand Manufacturing Intelligence concepts such as data-historian and cloud platforms, data science and advanced process control (PAT)
- Grasp the concepts of Manufacturing Intelligence and the importance of manufacturing data in pharma to be able to speak to both customers and colleagues about technical challenges
The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have a relevant M.Sc. in Engineering or IT or equivalent work experience
- You have minimum 5 years of experience in people management e.g., as a team leader or department manager
- Experience from the GMP regulated industry is considered a plus
- You speak and write Danish and English
