Maersk H2S Safety Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transformation & Strategy Manager to lead and manage our transformation and strategy initiatives. As a leading safety services provider in the offshore oil and gas industry, we are committed to driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in our business processes.

The Transformation & Strategy Manager will be responsible for driving transformational change across the organization by developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives that optimize our operations and deliver exceptional results. This role will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with other senior leaders to ensure that our transformational goals are aligned with the company's overall vision and mission.

You will be part of a great senior leadership team and together shape the strategy for Maersk H2S Safety Services on a global scale, across 10 business units around the world. You will play a crucial role in defining our direction for the next 5-10 years and contributing to our continued success

Key responsibilities


• Develop and implement transformational strategies that enhance organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and performance
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement across all areas of the business
• Develop and lead the execution of strategic projects and initiatives that deliver measurable results.
• Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the progress of transformational initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including executive leaders, functional leaders, and external partners
• Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company remains competitive and innovative

We are looking for


You have a strong track record in similar role combined with a technical background/interest.

Knowledge of the industries we serve will be an advantage but is not a prerequisite.

Workplace is Esbjerg (DK).

And following qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in transformational change management, strategic planning, or related field.
• Proven track record of leading successful transformational initiatives in a complex organization.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• 10-15 travel days must be expected
