We’re a new department in NNE called Automation & IT Digital Transformation, with a mission to support the implemention of new Automation and IT technologies in current and future NNE projects. This include all the new greenfield pharmaceutical plants that NNE are designing as well as major rebuild and revamp projects in existing plants.
Keywords for working with us in Digital Transformation department are agile project execution, cross-disciplinary work, design thinking, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and enterprise architecture.

How you might spend your days
We are looking for several profiles to augment our current team. As part of our team, you may be working with all or some of the following tasks:
- Creating project concepts and inspire customers around the use of new technologies
- Making feasibility analyses and proof of concepts
- Participating as a subject matter expert in cross-disciplinary agile teams
- Holding enterprise architecture governance roles in projects
- Taking the role as scrum master for a team
- …or other exiting tasks related to new technology introductions

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have at least 5 years of working experience, for instance within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries including solid experience within Automation and IT technologies
- You speak and write English
- Your fields of expertise should include some of the following competence areas:
o Agile project execution methods
o Workshop facilitation
o IT Enterprise Architecture
o Robotics
o Autonomous Mobile Robots
o Digital Twin implementation
o Business and technology analysis
o MES, DCS, SCADA and PLC solutions
We do not expect you to cover all of the above areas. As stated, we are looking for several different profiles to strengthen our department. So please be as specific as possible about your skills and previous experience when completing your application.
