Transformation Delivery Lead – Product-Centric Business Agility Delivery Model
Saxo has integrated technology and business functions into the same units and is operating with fusion teams blending technology and business domain expertise.
As a next step we have an ambition to move from a project-centric to a product-centric delivery model, improving client centricity, cross team collaboration, speed, purpose and autonomy. We have an ongoing pilot running and would like to strengthen the transformation governance team by allocating a full time Transformation Delivery Lead to scale this initiative throughout Saxo’s delivery organization. You will join our Enterprise Architecture and Ways of Working team, anchored in Saxo’s COO department, and work closely with the organization and across the rest of Saxo to drive this and future change management initiatives.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transformation Delivery Lead to lead a product-centric delivery model change management initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of a new product-centric delivery model, driving the organization to deliver product-centric solutions to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Saxo is looking to improve its business agility by moving from a project-driven to a more product-centric delivery model. We are explicitly not looking to implement an off-the-shelf agile framework like SAFe, but instead to take inspiration from business agility and modern ways of working principles and practices within Saxo’s unique context to improve the way we deliver value to our customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the design and implementation of a new product-centric delivery model and organization together with existing Saxo Bank subject matter experts
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan to ensure successful adoption of the new model.
- Continuously improve processes and develop best practices for product-centric delivery, business agility and modern ways of working.
- Monitor and measure the success of the initiative, adjusting when necessary.
- Communicate progress and results to senior leadership team.
- Manage stakeholders across the organization to secure alignment and implementation of initiatives and change plans.
- Work with PMO and the transformation team to implement product-centric portfolio funding models
- Identify and manage risks associated with the delivery model change initiative.
- Develop and execute training programs for the broader organization to expand awareness and build the agile mindset
- Work closely with the Saxo leaders and our People & Culture Leadership & Development team to integrate the agile mindset and culture into the corporate leadership programs.

Qualifications:
You have experience in leading change management processes or in business agility transformation based on deep knowledge of agile and lean principles and practices.
You will lead initiatives and deliver expected outcomes, focus on value creation, client centricity and on serving internal partners and stakeholders.
You have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transformation delivery, with a focus on transforming change management delivery.
- Strong understanding of product-centric development and delivery.
- Good knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Experience with multiple agile and lean methodologies and an understanding of their strengths and limitations.
- Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
