The position As Procurement Digitalisation Manager you will work as a sourcing specialist to maximise value creation and process efficiencies via our advanced eSourcing technologies. Your primary stakeholders, the global sourcing teams, will rely on your capabilities to develop best-practice sourcing processes, identify optimisation opportunities, and implement with clear guidance on next steps to support major negotiations with our strategic suppliers. You will get a unique chance to develop your procurement skills, use your project management toolbox to drive change and have ample exposure in a global organisation in a time where procurement excellence and digitalisation is high on the corporate agenda. In this position, you will be part of Sourcing Excellence, a great team consisting of eight dedicated and diverse colleagues. The team is the sourcing Centre of Excellence in , driving adoption of our procurement system Coupa, continuous optimisations of our processes and shaping the digital agenda for sourcing activities globally. Qualifications You have completed a Master's degree (in Economics, Business Administration, IT, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar) with excellent results, and have a few years of relevant working experience. In addition to that, you: have a high interest in procurement, digitalization, innovative technologies, and high degree of curiosity for understanding stakeholder needs are thrilled to work with sourcing and negotiation and support the execution of category strategies and motivated by driving change and improvements involving stakeholders at all organisational levels have a high level of drive, initiative and persistence and you are result-oriented excel at translating various data sources into quantifiable and actionable insights have experience with identifying, structuring, and implementing digitalisation and process optimisations It is a pre-requisite to work fluently in English As a person, you are: Tech-savvy with a high degree of curiosity in improving business outcomes and processes via technology A proactive problem-solver who can use data to drive recommendations Able to learn fast and work independently with large data sets A dedicated team player who values collaboration strongly Structured in your problem-solving approach Please submit your application, CV and transcripts/diplomas.
