Your mission…
As Online Brand Manager for the French Brands in the Professional Product Division you own owned media and are the champion of driving our online brand engagement with consumers across online touchpoints. Your mission is to grow brand visibility, contribute to grow the 1P data by linking organic search, CRM and beauty tech, to build excellent, optimized and connected online brand experiences for our consumers. The role reports to the Nordic Brand Director.
You will…
- Develop the overall online brand strategy to increase brand visibility and consumer engagement
- Responsible for brand consistency and brand DNA across owned and external online channels
- Develop, execute and leverage digital tech and services strategy across digital touchpoints
- Own and run CRM initiatives (including online sampling) to generate and activate target online consumer profiles
- Co-develop CRM strategy and own responsibility for its execution, leveraging 1P data, including content / HTML development, database growth, retention, activation initiatives
- Responsible for PPD Nordics GDPR and data privacy compliance across our digital consumer touchpoints
- Manage SiteCore/OneTrust and maintain relationship with digital and technical agencies
- Own the organic search (SEO) strategy and implementation in alignment with agency (Wave Maker) and Digital team
- Collaborate with Paid Media Manager, SBM and E-com Activation Manager to link and optimize multi-touchpoint consumer-centric
- Responsible of brand websites: content, maintenance, performance and budget allocation

- You have +3 years of experience from a similar role
- You have a commercial mindset and are result-driven
- You have understanding of digital marketing, e-retail business, CRM and online platforms
- You have experience with digital marketing/media, CRM and content management
- You are proactive and passionate about your job and drive your projects from start to finish
- You work independently, ensure continuous alignment with the needed stakeholders
- You have a hands-on approach and a drive that enables you to get things done
- You are fluent in English and preferably in one of the Nordic languages
