Looking to join a Product Management team with highly motivated team members

As a Product Release Coordinator maternity cover, you will be part of the Product Management team with the primary purpose of driving the activities and deliverables within the product release and launch process. In this role, you will drive both hands-on and tactical tasks within Product Management, including documentation, stakeholder management, analysis, project handling etc.

Our Product Management team operates within the exciting intersection of product development and the go-to-market organization. We own the product roadmap and prepare the organization to bring our products to market. We are an easy-going global team who enjoy working together to achieve results. The team is based in Milestone headquarters in Brøndby, Denmark.

Responsibilities:
Drive the product management related activities of our product release process:

  • Update and own Milestone Download page as well as Product Lifecycle page
  • Drive, coordinate, and facilitate the execution of the global release training
  • Update and drive release collaterals like specification sheet and comparison charts
  • Facilitate product management’s deliverables of the Release briefing to product
    marketing


Professional Qualifications:

  • A project- or business education
  • Solid coordination skills and eye for detail
  • Process and / or project management or similar experience is a plus
  • Desire to work in an operational role
  • Software industry experience is an advantage
  • Ability to solve tasks, stay calm and meet deadlines and deliverables
  • Demonstrated fluency (full spoken, reading, and written proficiency) in English

  • Proven experience in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Excel, MS
    PowerPoint, and MS Word
