We are currently looking for a Retail Brand Manager for our Luxury Products Division in Finland.

Your mission…

You will manage the day-to-day marketing activities of our Luxury Products Division on our luxury fragrance brands and you are the expert of the brands retail activation and expression within your country. Owning the local implementation of launches and brands animations – from- activity planning, ordering,process to final implementation. You are the voice of the brands in your country, the voice of the country in the brand flower and the face of the brand(s) to retailers. Main focus is B&M channel but always keeping omni channel in mind to ensure the 360 consistency across channels. You will work closely with Nordic Brand team and local key stakeholders to execute oustanding marketing initiatives and drive the success of the brands in the Finish market.

You will...

Develop the local trade marketing strategy by channel and shoppers to develop the brand(s) positioning in the market. Develop 360 trade marketing plan per key retailer for launches and brand animations in collaboration with the Nordic Brand Activation Manager (BAM). Provide country VM with brand priorities and launch timing for the respective brand. Champion consumer and shopper insights at the heart of the marketing activities to create a seamless online and in-store 360 customer experience. Participate and support key retailer meetings and events. For launches and updates, define the implementation of the Nordic assortment into local retailer planograms. Lead process of local trade PLV development (non-permanent) in accordance with the brand guidelines. Support the opening of new stores and the improvement of key stores including best practices, store competitor, recommend new services offerings such as personalization and exclusives. Having a relevant educational background on Master level and +2 years of experience from a comparable job. Having great communication skills and enjoy building strong relations to various stakeholders – external as well as internal. Having an effective, structured, and hands-on approach, with close attention to details. Fluent in Finnish and in English Having strong digital marketing skills and business acumen.
