Digital Delivery Manager – combined Product Owner & Scrum Master

If you are certified as Product Owner and/or Scrum Master and have a genuine passion for agile development, then we have just the right job for you. That is, if you want a key role as the primary driver in bringing our software development team from semi-agile to 100% agile, while handling the occurring challenges along the way. The role is new, and you will have ample opportunities for influencing the further design of your role. For now, we estimate that you will spend more than half of your time as combined Product Owner/Scrum Master, a good amount of time within project management and the rest on development of the team to becoming fully agile. Your team delivers software to various ABB-projects within the field of automation. We push the boundaries of technology to drive performance to new levels. A specific task for the team could be to ensure a smooth interface between ABB’s automation system and the customer’s systems. You will be based in our brand-new domicile in Middelfart where the team’s six developers also have base. The team comprises a good mix of less and more experienced colleagues and the spirit is high. People are motivated and want to share knowledge and help each other.

Project Operations Manager
Your responsibilities
- Be in dialogue with external customers and ABB Project Managers to ensure optimal competency allocation on specific projects
- Develop agile setup for your p.t. semi-agile software delivery team
- Manage the team’s backlog
- Develop and implement new processes to support the agile setup
- Keep an overview of future competency requirements and report to the management with e.g. recommendations for hires
Your background
- Several years of experience within agile software development as Product Owner or Scrum Master
- An open-minded and solution-oriented approach
- Motivation for creating results via good dialogue and constructive collaboration
- Motivation for training colleagues within agile methodologies, processes etc.
- Solid experience within and motivation for development and implementation of processes
- A certification as Product Owner and/or Scrum Master
- Good English skills, written and spoken
