A role in an International setup
You will be part of the Experience Planning team in portfolio and product management, and you will cooperate with various teams and stakeholders across Demant. You will be a driver in the definition of experience strategy for users, hearing care professionals and customers delivering to our purpose of life changing hearing health.
You will be creating and driving an experience strategy that cuts across all touchpoints, ensuring the best total experience for users, hearing care professionals and strategic customers. This entails defining desired state of our experience offering, future user and customer journeys, thus providing input to the portfolio strategy and direction of our business. Be prepared to get your hands dirty – this is a strategic role but you will also be expected to dive into the details to guard the overall experiences and journey of the user and customer.
You can look forward to a wide range of challenging tasks:
You should expect up to 15 days of travel activities each year.

Be prepared to get your hands dirty – this is a strategic role but you will also be expected to dive into the details to guard the overall experiences and journey of the user and customer.
You can look forward to a wide range of challenging tasks:
- Discover & define desired experiences for all stages in the user and customer journeys together with internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with stakeholders, clearly articulating user and customer needs and incorporating them into experience strategy and drive translation of insights into experience concepts.
- Apply design thinking methodologies where needed. Look at the bigger picture of desirability (people), feasibility (technology) and viability (business) of design and synthesize data from multiple sources to define strategic opportunities.
- Set up co-creation workshops that unite forces and give stakeholders a clear sense of direction.
- Define and evangelize guiding principles for customer & user experience (UI & UX) together with the rest of the experience team, to ensure top of the line deliverables from our product development.
- Ensure proactive guidance of experience strategy as input to portfolio strategy and roadmap.
- Identify opportunity spaces through interactions with internal and external stakeholders, users and customers.
You should expect up to 15 days of travel activities each year.
Qualifications
To become a success in your new position, we expect you to possess most of the following skills and qualifications:
- Curious and with great interest in shaping the future.
- An educational background in design, digitalization, user experience, innovation, IT or similar.
- Experience working with designing holistic solutions across a journey.
- Creative and open mindset with an interest in innovation, technology, and digital tools.
- Stakeholder management and project management skills in a matrix set-up and able to set the bar for communicating and inspiring others.
- Relevant experience working within product management, consultancy, business development or user-based development & design.
- A toolbox equipped with design thinking, user research methods and strategic business understanding.
