We are currently looking for a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Specialist to join our Global Operations team and be responsible for conducting comprehensive life cycle assessments for our EPOS Enterprise and Gaming products.
You will become our LCA system expert with the key focus to model and analyze the environmental impacts of our products throughout their entire life cycle from raw materials to end-of-life disposal.

Your background and personal competencies:

Joining us, you can look forward to the follow responsibilities:
- Conduct life cycle assessments (LCAs): Model, execute and manage LCAs using our LCA software tool and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines (e.g. ISO 14040/44 and 14067). This includes defining the system boundaries, collecting and analyzing data as well as interpreting the results.
- Modelling and analysis: Utilize LCA software and tools to model all stages from cradle-to-grave. Conduct in-depth analysis of the environmental impacts as well as identify hotspots and areas of improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Product Management and Global Operations to gather necessary data and information about our products, manufacturing processes and supply chain. Furthermore, you will help to integrate these LCA considerations into the daily product-design processes and material decisions.
- Reporting and communication: Support the preparation of reports and presentations summarizing LCA findings and recommendations.
Your background and personal competencies:
We imagine that you have a relevant degree within environmental engineering, IT, sustainability or similar. You have worked in a similar position for 1-2 years or have just finished your studies.
Moreover, you have:
- An understanding of LCA methodology either from previous work experience or during your studies
- Previous experience with LCA software is an advantage, not a must.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to details.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and cross-functionally.
- Effective communication skills, English verbal and written.Enthusiasm for sustainability and an eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
