Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you able to find the best talents in the IT business? Then we have a unique opportunity for you, since we are looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist who is not afraid of taking ownership and who is passionate about talent acquisition.

As our in-house talent acquisition expert, you will support our business growth by attracting and hiring the brightest talents in the tech industry in Denmark. You will report to the Sr. HR Manager.

Your role
You will act as the owner of the entire recruitment process and as such continuously think of new ways to source, attract, & recruit the brightest talents out there. In cooperation with the HR Business Partner, you develop and implement new recruitment processes/projects.

You work with different teams across our company to strengthen each department with every hire, driven by recruitment data, newest recruitment trends and your knowledge of the market.

This includes tasks such as:

  • Develop and implement highly effective strategies to source, recruit and hire qualified candidates to our locations in Ballerup and Århus.
  • Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously, by managing an effective and streamlined screening process, from liaising with the recruiting manager about candidate requirements to job advert production- and promotion, candidate sourcing and qualification of candidates.
  • Proactively source top corporate talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Act as our subject matter expert towards your colleagues in Fujitsu Europe, including participation in various international forums.

Your experience

We imagine that you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience driving recruitments of IT talents, whether it be from a recruitment agency, a headhunter role, or from a global company.
  • Have high energy and not giving up when roles are hard to fill.
  • Confidently influence, advise, and mentor stakeholders, interviewers, and teammates.
  • Are able to work with limited supervision and has experience in building new processes from scratch or adapted and progressed existing ones.
  • Have solid networking and sourcing skills; utilizing both established and innovative recruitment methods.
  • Are familiarized with recruitment data, tools and workflows and in particular LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Are fiercely output-oriented, self-driven, and have a "getting things done" attitude.
