Then you might be the Product Manager we are looking for. As Product Manager, you will build many relations across our company group and be in frequent contact with internal and external stakeholders.
We need a team player who has good communication skills and can ensure alignment and cooperation across our company group’s development teams and commercial channels. You must be willing to take ownership and responsibility for “own” applications and together with the Product Owner ensure the best possible products and that we create value for our customers.
We and our services are very customer focused and you will be in wide contact with customers and internal experts in the field. To succeed in this role, it is essential that you develop a great understanding of the customers’ challenges and can transform it into solutions. Some solutions are rather complex, so you must have great communication skills and a commercial mindset to explain the business value to customers as well as our sales and marketing departments.
In short, we are searching for a high performing Product Manager who can set the direction for developing our digital services and ensure that we develop services aligned with the ever-changing market and customer demands. You will be part of our product management and business development team for BigDutchman, which is responsible for our digital offers for the multiple commercial channels within the corporate group. SKOV A/S is one of the main commercial brands in the Group.

The team is responsible for the development of all digital cloud services to customers across our company group. We work with outcome-based roadmaps and customer-driven development to ensure we deliver digital services that solve real problems and create business value for our customers.
We are setting new standards for digital services and platform business and we utilize the newest cloud and big data technologies. Furthermore, we have internal data science teams working on data-driven and data science solutions.
You will be part of a truly global team with development teams from both Asia, Europe, and the Americas. We are doing business globally and you will be working with different customer groups from private farmers to some of the world's biggest companies. This is a position where you can make a huge impact and influence the direction of our future development.

In this role you will perform when:
- Market and customer insights, ensuring customer-driven development is being collected via customer interviews, design sprints, etc. which will be done in cooperation with our UX team and in close collaboration with the commercial channels and sales organizations worldwide.
- Our short-term and long-term roadmap for digital services is maintained via an outcome-based roadmap approach in cooperation with the product management team and the relevant product owners and development teams
- Your work is in close cooperation with product owners and UX/UI team to define and design services that create customer value and are delivered with the right level of usability and quality using iterative development processes. This incl. various customer facing activities incl. collecting feedback in cooperation with our Customer Success Management Team.
- It is ensured that digital services are launched effectively into the commercial channels which incl. work on developing go-to-marked activities and pricing models and cooperation with marketing, internal training acadamies, etc.
- You contribute in business development activities and strategic work in the business development and product management team.
- You manage align expectations between several stakeholders and several organizational entities.
You will bring:
- Experience with managing roadmaps (also training/courses), including defining digital services and customer-driven development (customer interview and involvement, etc.). We prefer that you have some experience in IT / Software (cloud-based) selling, maybe even from the farming industry and / or protein value chains.
- Experience from agile environments, including working with continuous customer feedback and continuous development and deployment processes.
- Experience working with multiple development teams globally with team dependencies and need for close cooperation.
- Around 5 years of product management and development experience. You also have an university degree, where you can have taken either a technical or commercial/economic path.
- Curiousity, clear view on customer value and an agile mindset and way of thinking combined with being business oriented, sales-minded and willing to participate in sales meetings and be “on stage.”
- Professional language skills in Danish and English. Other languages would be a plus, i.e. German or Spanish
- Expertice within use of IT tools preferably JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence or similar.
