Process Engineering Specialists, Fill and Finish specialists

You thrive with customer contact, and you know how to navigate between different customers. You are trustworthy and inspire confidence. If there is something you do not know you ask others for advice to find the correct answer for the customer. Your advice is important and has an impact on the end user’s safety and quality of life.
You have experience within the pharmaceutical industry and are ready to use your knowledge to make a difference. Perhaps you previously worked as a consultant or in a support department in a pharmaceutical company.

Pharma4ever is a consulting/advisory company that assists customers who are involved in the production of medicines with specification of requirements, procurement, and validation of production equipment.
At Pharma4ever we are specialists within the following key areas:
• Upstream Engineering (cultivation process knowledge)
• Downstream Engineering
• Production/process optimization & root cause analysis
• Process Launch
• Commissioning and qualification of upstream, downstream and purification equipment and processes
- Wash and sterilization key design and validation knowledge and experience
• Data driven process optimization with focus on OEE efficiency, productivity/cost price and stability
• Project management
• Portfolio management
• Risk management
You will spend most of your time with the customers, who vary – in size and workflow. You will participate in projects that typically involve the installation of new production facilities or the optimization of existing ones. An example can be helping with the preparation of requirements specifications and validation documentation as well as the execution og validation tests.
An important part of your role is therefore to keep yourself up to date on standards and guidelines and solve the task based on the individual customers and their need for support.
