Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract talent in a market leading company

In Abacus Medicine’s Talent Acquisition team, we aim to give the best possible candidate experience and recruitment service to our managers, who every day follow our company purpose to improve global healthcare through better access to medicine. We are a fast-growing company with a strong, entrepreneurial spirit, where every recruitment plays an important role in shaping the company for the future.
Being the best means a continuous review of our current processes; how can we recruit smarter and how can we attract the right candidates? You will therefore have plenty of opportunities to bring in your ideas; how can we improve, develop, detail, and structure what we already do.
Recruitment and candidate experience is the name of the game
As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will dedicate yourself to supporting the managers in recruiting the best candidates for Abacus Medicine Group. Your primary task is to handle the entire recruitment process from creating the job profile to giving test feedback and assisting the managers in selecting the right candidates for our headquarters in Copenhagen. Your task will therefore be to:
- Handle the recruitment process which has a range from student to manager level
- Facilitate local onboarding days at the Danish office – one per quarter
- Plan and attend career fairs – 3-4 times per year
- Facilitate recruitment training sessions for managers, by using workshops and e-learning
We have a lot of exciting projects in pipeline
We continue to grow at Abacus Medicine and in the TA team, we want to improve when it comes to attracting talent. We want to move away from the Post'n'Pray-recruitment principle and wish to be more data-driven in our recruitment strategy; how to act and communicate in different sectors and choice of channels for our job ads.
Furthermore, a great number of our new hires know about us through ‘word of mouth’, which is why the candidate experience is very important to us and why we need to ensure exactly that and keep improving the recruitment experience that candidates have when they apply at Abacus Medicine.
Trusted recruitment partner who enables hiring manager to find the best talent
First and foremost, you are motivated by meeting candidates and collaborating with managers at all levels to ensure the best fit between candidate and Abacus Medicine Group. You promote a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process for both the candidate and stakeholders.
We are about to hire a trainee, who will report to you, and will assist HR with administrative recruitment tasks.
We expect you to thrive in a company with rapid growth and you are motivated by the opportunity to change and develop processes in close cooperation with your TA colleges. You will have full responsibility for the recruitment process. Therefore, it is important that you are structured when it comes to processes, while being agile when it is needed. We assume you:
- Have at least some years of experience with hands-on recruitment in an international company
- Have a relevant bachelor or master’s degree
- Have full proficiency in both written and verbal English
- Are a good relationship builder across organizational levels
- Have plenty experience in test assessments and feedback in Danish and English
- Understand the complexity of an international business in order for you to advise professionally in recruitments
The Talent Acquisition team is part of HR, and we work closely together to support our fantastic managers. We are currently 7 members of HR - all with different experiences and expertise and we have plenty of room for you to contribute to the team both professionally and socially.
