We are looking for a process engineer for our factory in Lem who, with knowledge and commitment, can drive tasks related to the manufacturing process to successful completion.
At our experienced and dedicated factory, you'll work with CNC machining, surface treatment, and assembly of large casted components. We're committed to investing in your personal development and performance, and you'll have the opportunity to enhance your skills and competencies in a global context. Key task and responsibilities:
- Process- and flow optimization.
- Coordination and implementation of New Product Introductions
- Drive product and process changes.
- Ensure efficient communication to the production line when adjustment of processes is needed.
- Implementation of new tools and equipment.
- Process documentation.
- Routing and BoM creation and update.
- Ad hoc tasks and projects.
OUR EXPECTATIONS TO YOU:
Professional qualifications
- Education as Production Engineer or proven record from a similar position, with a good business understanding.
- A strong background in process optimization, continuous improvement methodologies.
- General knowledge within Power BI tools, and Dynamics AX would be an advantage.
- Knowledge within CNC machining and surface treatment would be a plus.
- LEAN tools knowledge and experience in practice.
