Your main responsibilities
The following are examples of tasks and responsibilities:
- Process- and flow optimization.
- Coordination and implementation of New Product Introductions and product and process changes.
- Implementation of new tools and equipment.
- Process documentation.
- Routing and BoM creation and update.
- Ad hoc tasks and projects.
Professional qualifications
- Education as Production Engineer or proven record from similar position, with a good business understanding.
- General knowledge within Power BI tools, and Dynamics AX would be an advantage.
- Knowledge within CNC machining and surface treatment would be a plus.
- LEAN tools knowledge and experience in practice.
- A strong background in process optimization, continuous improvement methodologies.

- Ability to focus and prioritize.
- Strong communication skills.
- Motivated with an open mind.
- Analytical skills and detail oriented.
- Experienced in working with cross-functional teamwork.
