You will become part of our Consumables & Accessories team where you will take responsibility for creating our product vision from A-Z. Our products are recognized as setting the standards in the global industry and developing the portfolio will be a very important part of our future success.

We will ensure a good onboarding process for you, where you will get the necessary training needed to succeed. You will be working with many experienced and highly skilled colleagues, who will also assist you settle in your new role.
Your tasks will include:
· Create a vision for our Accessories portfolio, develop product roadmaps, and prioritize development projects based on business needs
· Provide perspectives from the market and ensure that we apply a customer centric approach in our development projects.
· Act as the subject matter expert on product related questions and over time build deep knowledge of the technical side of our Accessories portfolio
· Support our customers and other stakeholders with technical questions and ensure we are perceived as a trusted supplier
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with an interest in technical equipment. Furthermore, you are an excellent collaborator and able to positively engage with colleagues across departments. You should expect 15-20 travel days per year.
Your qualifications:
• A technical background preferably with a degree in mechanical Engineering or medical technology
• Proven experience with product development
• A well developed project management toolbox
• A good understanding of customer value creation
• Possess good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with technical equipment
• Communicate to a high level in English, both spoken and written
You will be situated in the Consumables & Accessories team at Interacoustics in Middelfart and refer to the Director, Consumables & Accessories.
