If so, you might be the Citizen Development Lead we are looking for to enable and empower our business users to create their own automation solutions. The position We are looking for a new colleague with a passion for enabling more efficient ways of working through low-code automation technologies. You will be part of a strong technical team, delivering digital solutions for complex processes to our colleagues in Product Supply. Your main responsibility will be to:
  • Work closely with business users to understand their needs and provide guidance on how and when to use automation technologies.
  • Create a clear governance and deliver training sessions to help business users become proficient in using automation technologies.
  • Provide ongoing high-level support to business users to ensure they are using automation technologies effectively and correctly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in automation technologies and citizen development – especially relevant for the Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath.
  • You will report to the Associate Manager in Automation & Immersive Technologies. The position is based in Bagsværd, Denmark, and will move to Ballerup, Denmark, in Q1 2024. You enjoy challenging status quo, you are enthusiastic, and show a high degree of initiative and engagement. We expect that you have:
  • M.Sc. or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully enabling and empowering business users to create their own automation solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of automation technologies, such as robotic process automation (RPA), low-code platforms, and workflow automation tools
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lead and coach a team of citizen developers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Experience with training and development, creating training materials and delivering training sessions to business users
  • Familiarity with compliance and security requirements for automation solutions in regulated industries, such as healthcare or finance

    You will be part of the central unit PSQIT TEC, where we change the way we work in Product Supply. Product Supply is the largest organisational unit in Novo Nordisk with 20,000+ employees globally across five continents, being responsible for the full supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products. PSQIT TEC drive the automation and digitalisation portfolio end-to-end from use case assessments to implementation of our live solutions in Product Supply. The Automation & Immersive Technologies area in PSQIT TEC is among other areas responsible for designing and developing critical software solutions based on new ideas and use cases coming in from line of business. We use modern technology to a broad extend and are always curious and innovative. We assess processes for automation and digitalisation with a starting point in Design Thinking, taking a starting point in understanding the user needs, challenge their assumptions and redefine problem statements in order to create innovative and usable solutions.
