The position As a Project Manager you will play a key role in starting up and driving projects directly supporting our strategic aspiration across our business areas. Beside heading up innovative ideation projects and implementation projects we imagine that your curiosity and knowledge on robotics will be even more stimulated by taking the part-time role as Robotic Partner. As Robotic Partner you will be part of technical knowledge teams across Novo Nordisk and be an important link between the different business units within Novo Nordisk API in Denmark and the US.
Your main responsibilities include: Leading a variety of exciting projects in the realms of digitalization, robotics, and other future technologies, either within specific departments or across our production units in Denmark or the US. Taking charge of these projects, ensuring their successful execution and the realization of benefits. This involves collaborating with engaged and skilled project participants and stakeholders. You will work closely with the likeminded colleagues, internal professionals, external partners and the management group, actively contributing to the definition and deployment of our strategies. Be curious on robotic and related trends, solutions and current best practises in the industry. Happy to share or facilitate sharing of new solutions, implementations or trends across the organisation in close collaboration with local colleagues. Qualifications We welcome a candidate with experience and knowledge within Robotics and/or IT/OT Project Management in a highly automated production context. To succeed in this role, we imagine you to have: A background within robotics, automation or engineering as industrial designer, mechanical or alike. Holds a Bachelor or Master of Science degree. +5 years documented experience as Project Manager, heading projects from early front-end to final implementation and verification phases. Familiar with Agile and plan driven execution principles. Comfortable with collaboration with stakeholders on all levels in an organisation Experience with Design Thinking, UX Design or similar principles will be an advantage as well. Experience from the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry will be an advantage. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a prerequisite. Danish will be an advantage. On a personal level, you have an innovative mindset, a personal drive, structured approach and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where teamwork is on top of the agenda. We expect you to be able to work independently as well as part of larger teams. You are recognised by your abilities to plan, coordinate and engage the team members you lead. On a normal day we will see a positive can-do attitude, a curious personality, and persistent with clear communication skills. About the department You will join API Business Support located in Kalundborg, Denmark where we are approximately 150 colleagues. You will be part of the IT & Future Operation area where focus is on implementing solutions which improve future operation by use of robotics, manufacturing intelligence, digitalisation and automation (OT). The growing area counts appx. 45 people with diverse backgrounds which create an exciting, innovative and fun place to work.
