We are looking for a dynamic Scrum Master who serves as a leader, fosters a learning culture, and oversees team progress, ensuring a steady delivery flow. Candidates should exhibit hands-on experience in release management, agile team coordination, and a preference for prior Scrum Master roles. Proficiency in analysing business requirements, identifying innovation opportunities, and a solid grasp of Veeva products, particularly Quality Suite, is crucial. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in Scrum and DevOps practices, capable of adapting approaches to specific contexts, with a strong background in large company Agile environments. Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and solve complex problems are essential. Key responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Agile team meetings and ensure efficient delivery by preparing, moderating, and postprocessing discussions
  • Coach Agile team members, mediate conflicts, and foster a collaborative working environment.
  • Track and address impediments, escalating issues when necessary to ensure seamless workflow
  • Assist Agile teams and other roles in preparing for and aligning expectations during various events (Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Iteration Planning, Retrospective, Demo, etc.)
  • Drive the Novo Nordisk Agile way of working, incorporating Agile Delivery Model, Azure DevOps, Agile Quality Management System (QMS), and Agile Sourcing
  • Actively engage in the recruitment process for new members, make requests for extra capacity to the RTE, and serve as a change ambassador to promote a learning culture and Agile mindset within the team
  • To succeed in this role, you must embrace the servant leader mindset, empowering people to change without formal authority. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, as you guide the team in building a productive environment, removing impediments, and facilitating communication and collaboration.     To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
  • An academic background in a relevant field such as Business-IT, Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Experience in Lean-Agile methodologies & certified in Scaled Agile Scrum Master/SAFe DevOps
  • Experience with technical IT delivery as Developer, Tester or similar preferred
  • Capacity to effectively build followership and coach teams to adapt the agile practices, principles, and values
  • Ability to engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of an organisation and actively drive cross-collaborative initiatives and build communities.
  • Great communication skills, and you feel confident also dealing with difficult subjects

    You will be part of Data Digital & IT Staffs (DD&IT Staffs) and will work in Bagsværd, Denmark. We are a dedicated team of around 100 people in Denmark and 110 in India, responsible for the implementation & development, support & maintenance and operation of IT projects and applications for the DD&IT Staffs area in Novo Nordisk. You will be part of an agile, inspiring and ambitious work environment, where advanced use of IT and teamwork are key.
    In the department, you will be part of Vault Quality Agile Release Train (ART) which comprises of around 50 engaged team members working under 4 Scrum teams. Knowledge sharing with peers and learning is an integral part of the job, and you will be able to build on our collective experience in your own development as well as in maturing the ARTs and it’s members.
